    • The recruiting company is not liable for inaccurate information submitted by employers.
  3. Screening & Approval
    • All job submissions are subject to review.
    • The recruiting company may edit, decline, or remove any job listing that:
      • Contains inappropriate content
      • Is fraudulent
      • Violates legal or ethical standards
      • Does not meet the platform’s quality guidelines
  4. Employer Responsibility
    • Employers agree to:
      • Respond to candidate enquiries timeously.
      • Treat all applicants fairly and professionally.
      • Use personal information strictly in line with POPIA (South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act).
  5. Use of Submitted Information
    • By submitting a job vacancy, employers grant the recruiting company the right to:

    • No confidential or sensitive information should be submitted unless necessary.
  6. Fees & Payment (If Applicable)

  7. No Guarantee of Candidate Placement
    • The recruiting company does not guarantee:
      • Candidate applications
      • Candidate suitability
      • Successful placement
  8. Employer Conduct

    Employers must not:

    • Engage in discriminatory hiring practices
    • Misuse applicant dataot use the website for any illegal or abusive activity.
    • Harass or exploit applicants
  9. Violation may result in removal from the platform.

  10. Data Protection & POPIA Compliance
    • Employers must handle all applicant information in accordance with POPIA.
    • The recruiting company will not be held responsible for how employers use applicant data once shared.
  11. Limitation of Liability

    The website owner is not liable for:

    • Losses resulting from inaccurate job postings
    • Misuse of candidate data by employers
    • Downtime, technical errors, or listing delays
  12. Termination of Access

    The recruiting company may suspend or terminate an employer’s ability to post jobs at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
